The weddings/events featured here are those that we have provided full planning/coordinating services. Events which chose to use our rentals only will be featured in a separate area at a future date.
(We love sharing the weddings we do with those who come to this page to show what services we offer. However, we will never do that at the expense of our very, very special couples. Most, if not all pictures shared, will not contain those moments meant for the couple and the family. We also do our best to keep guests out of the pictures posted for privacy. Some weddings may have more pictures posted than others for this reason. We hope all understand our dedication is first and foremost to our couples and event hosts)
Steve & Donna
January 4, 2014
I had the pleasure of meeting Donna in early Spring 2013 for our initial consult. She knew exactly the type of wedding that she and her fiancé had wanted....A winter wonderland of blues, silvers, and white.
We continued to meet to make this dream a reality.
Jump ahead to the first week of 2014 and the day finally arrived. We had the unheard of privilege of early setup 2 days prior to the event. Dan and I began with the layout of the hall. For this wedding, the ceremony takes place in the same room as the reception. That means we have limited time to flip the room from ceremony to reception for 170 guests. Chairs were placed and covered, as we moved on to begin construction of the backdrop in which the couple would wed in front.
Day 2 found setup of the gift table and personal areas which contained precious family wedding photos from both sides of the family. We created a snowy table of white with accent lighting to display these items.
Wedding day had our team ensuring all was well for the heavy appetizer buffet that would be served at the reception. We had a plan in place to make sure everything went smooth.
Guests started to arrive as dusk fell upon the room. Family and friends were seated in anticipation. A few minutes prior to ceremony, I went to check on the bride who was tucked away in a back area so her entrance could be preserved. Donna was absolutely stunning! Her face was glowing and her excitement to marry Steve was very obvious. Lights were turned down and the blue uplighting creating a surreal space for the vows that were to take place. As Donna walked down the aisle, there was not a person in the room that could not see just how in love this couple is.
Guests mingled and socialized after as we quickly changed the room for reception and music began. Feet were moving all night on the dance floor and lots of laughs and good times continued.
We had a really fun experience with the wedding of Steve & Donna!
Best wishes to one of the most sincere and genuine couples we have had the pleasure to assist.

September 28, 2013
We were honored to be part of Alli and Mike's very special day!
We provided Day-of-coordination services for the bride and grrom.
This was a larger wedding, over 250 guests, so Dan and I both were able to work together to ensure that
everything was the way it should be.
We began our day at the Reception site to ensure setup was commencing as the couple wished. We took
delivery of the spectacular flowers from Wood's Floral. They also delivered, setup, and decorated the arch which provided the entry to the dinner and entertainment later in the evening. We began our setup and later made
our way to church to prepare for the ceremony.
There, we setup the alter flowers, pew décor, and memorial candle display. I have never enjoyed a setup as much
as this I was able to listen to the church choir during their rehearsal. It was beautiful!
The ceremony was beautiful. The pastor did an amazing job to make all feel welcome.
After the ceremony, Dan and I removed the décor and transferred this the the reception venue.
We continued our setup...welcome table, name card table, as well as reset up the memorial candles, and used
the pew décor on the lighted sconces throughout the room.
(The brides mother did an amazing job on this décor...she certainly has talent!!)
After extended cocktail hour ended, we welcomed this great family into the dinner and dance.
The staff at the venue was very accommodating to everyone and displayed a great
sense of individualism when interacting with guests. It was very apparent they were there to please.
The night continued with the entrance, cake cutting, dinner, dancing and socializing.
There are very few times that you can "feel" the love and warmth in a room, and this was
certainly one of those times.
Congrats and best wishes Allison & Michael!!!
Matt& Kelly's At-home reception following wedding in Jamaica
June 15, 2013
Matt and Kelly were married in early May, 2013 along the warm, sandy beach in Jamaica in front of many family and friends. It was very important to both of them to have a celebration back home with those who were not able to join them for their very special day.
Matt and Kelly desired a simple, country, somewhat rustic design that complemented the want for "a simple, come-as-you-are" approach to celebrate their marriage. The afternoon started with their 200+ guests arriving to witness a "renewal" ceremony performed by a family friend. Afterwards, drinks and socialization followed. Matt and Kelly are very family orientated and enjoy competitive games among friends. It was only natural to have guests enjoy bean bag toss, football, baseball, various hand games, and a giant bounce house for the kids....well, some of the adults too!
Dinner was served inside the pavilion, decorated with satin linens in royal blue, cornflower, canary yellow, and white. Sunflowers, green apple mums, daisies, and baby breath adorned the room to complete the simple, county feeling.
The guests eagerly awaited the start of dessert, which was an absolute must for the new Mr. and Mrs. The children and adults enjoyed deciding what toppings were perfect to complete his or her sundaes on the ice cream bar.
It was an absolute pleasure to be part of this very special day for Matt and Kelly. The love that family and friends had for the bride and groom was very obvious.
